Port Canaveral, FL

The gateway to Central Florida, Port Canaveral provides access to the wonderful theme parks and entertainment complexes of Orlando, the spectacular wonders of the Kennedy Space Center and the natural habitats of the alligator and Florida manatee.

Take an exciting and educational airboat tour into central Florida’s Everglades. As you travel deep into the wilderness, you’ll glide over a sea of grass into the pristine fresh-water eco-system of Bald Cypress Swamp, where alligators and other wildlife abound. Explore Cocoa Beach, made famous by “I Dream of Jeannie,” just a short drive from Port Canaveral and south of the Kennedy Space Center. You’ll be charmed by the unique shops, many parks and 12 miles of beaches.

Miami, FL

With it’s world-renowned beaches, unrivaled nightlife, unique culinary experiences and Latin flavor, this is one place you’ll want to check out. Before departing from Miami, enjoy a tour that will highlight this exciting city.

Drive through Miami, discovering its rich history, then head out to the Everglades, the only subtropical preserve in North America. Explore the Glades on a 40-minute airboat ride, and see an Indian village, alligator wrestling and even a wildlife show. Take a colorful tour to the world-famous Art-Deco District of South Beach or head to Brickell Avenue, the financial heart of Miami. Your tour takes you to the bohemian village of Coconut Grove and its lush vegetation. Marvel at the homes of the rich and famous while cruising the calm waters of Biscayne Bay.

Nassau, Bahamas

Nassau has it all: a world-famous straw market, duty-free shopping, local and international restaurants and bars…all just a few steps away from vibrant turquoise waters. Explore the town’s history at Fort Charlotte and the Queen’s Staircase or hop on a catamaran for a snorkeling trip or sunset sail.

  • Take a short walk to Junkanoo Beach, a public beach with great views of the cruise ships and local vendors serving daiquiris and piña coladas in freshly cut coconuts.
  • Go on a snorkeling trip to explore the underwater world that surrounds Nassau or go on a shark diving adventure and get up-close with Caribbean reef sharks.
  • Relive the swashbuckling past on an exciting pirates and dungeons tour of Fort Charlotte and the Pirates of Nassau Museum. (Eye patches and peg legs not included.)
  • Marvel at the flora and watch the famous “marching” flamingoes at Ardastra Gardens and Conservation Center.

FAQ CocoCay, Bahamas

Perfect Day at CocoCay is a private destination exclusively for Royal Caribbean guests, located in The Bahamas. You’ll find endless ways to chill out and enjoy beautiful beaches and pristine water, plus thrilling experiences like the incredible Thrill Water Park, ziplining and every water sport you can imagine.

The best way for booked guests to plan their time and reserve access to the experiences on the island is through our Cruise Planner (RoyalCaribbean.com/CruisePlanner) site. Prices change regularly due to seasonality and current promotions, but Cruise Planner always has the latest rates— and the biggest savings when you book ahead. And you can start planning your adventure right away, once you’ve booked your cruise.

Note that the Up, Up and Away helium balloon at Perfect Day at CocoCay is available for pre- reservation on Cruise Planner. In the event that your scheduled balloon flight is not possible due to wind or other weather conditions, your reservation will be refunded.

There is not a dedicated daycare or Adventure Ocean program on the island, but Adventure Ocean will remain open onboard.

Currently, all venues and activities are open to guests of all ages. But given the size of the island and the range of experiences, you’re sure to find whatever vibe you’re going for — from relaxing places like the beach at Chill Island, to more active spots like the swim-up bar at Oasis Lagoon.

There is no admission fee to visit Perfect Day at CocoCay. Most of the experiences at Perfect Day at CocoCay are complimentary. Some of these include Oasis Lagoon, the largest freshwater pool in the Caribbean, the shipwrecked Captain Jill’s Galleon loaded with slides and water cannons, our biggest ever Splashaway Bay aqua park yet. Plus powdery sand beaches like Chill Island and South Beach, offering plenty of free beach chairs with umbrellas and beachside activities. And in between adventures, you can fuel up at five complimentary dining venues located throughout the island.
