When filling out the below form, please identify which category you would like to be a part of. There are two participation categories – celebrity boat and owner’s boat. On a celebrity boat you will be navigated through the day with a captain, crew, Patriot and supplied with materials. Owner’s boat is an entry into our tournament and an invite to the after event. Notice, the tournament will be catch & release.

Funds raised from this tournament will help our mission of supporting youth football teams in New England.
