By registering, you’ll be added into our database of former New England Patriots.

Below you will have the opportunity to identify the level of membership you wish to have. Please be aware that an active member must meet the following criteria:

• Considered a player or coach who was on an active roster or staff as a New England Patriots player or coach during the course of his career, whose membership has not been revoked or suspended by the Board of Directors.
• Attend NEPAC sponsored events as requested
• Be involved in community events which have been determined by the membership to be NEPAC sponsored events.
• Be available to assist the Patriots in such areas as: promotions; VIP entertainment; sales; and Patriot and NEPAC sponsored events.

An Associate Membership is considered any player or coach who was on an active roster or staff with the New England Patriots during the course of his career, supports the purpose of the New England Patriots Alumni Club, is unable or no longer wishes to fulfill the requirements of active membership.

A Honorary Membership recognizes any person who has made an exceptional contribution to the New England Patriots, who is nominated by any person in the NEPAC, and subsequently named an “Honorary Member of the New England Patriots Alumni Club” by a majority of the Board of Directors present and voting at a scheduled meeting.
